In 2018 I was working for BASF, the largest chemicals company in the world. I was a successful research and development scientist, project manager and innovator. I Left BASF at the end of 2018 to go travelling. I didn't know it at the time, but I needed to develop people, inspire and help people reach their potential I travelled through central and south america and arrived in Lima where I taught English. I loved helping people develop new skills, challenge them and help them achieve their goals. This was the turning point for me, and I decided to study a coaching diploma and help STEM workers get into leadership roles, and STEM leaders to be better leaders.
